Hudl is hiring a Learning, Talent and Inclusion Intern to coordinate programs and support inclusive experiences. You'll manage logistics for learning initiatives and drive data research on global inclusion best practices.

You understand the importance of data in driving impactful programs. You are comfortable conducting research and creating evaluations to measure the effectiveness of various initiatives. Your attention to detail ensures that all logistics for events and programs are handled smoothly, allowing for a seamless experience for participants.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate various learning and inclusion programs, managing logistics for initiatives such as the internship program and professional development opportunities. You will support the inclusive experience by helping lead global Training Camp orientations and maintaining the "New Hudlie" blog, which serves as a resource for new employees. Additionally, you will coordinate quarterly Value Awards to recognize outstanding contributions within the company.
You will drive data and research efforts by creating evaluations to measure program impact and conducting research on global inclusion best practices. This will guide our teams in implementing effective strategies that enhance our workplace culture. You will also maintain our Learning Management System (Continu), ensuring that content is up-to-date and relevant, while acting as a producer for live virtual and in-person events.
