Experience working with elite sports teams or in a sports-related environment would be a significant advantage. What you'll do

As a Senior Scrum Master at Hudl, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and empowering your teams to achieve their goals. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring that they are productive and focused on delivering value. Your expertise will help teams navigate risks and dependencies, allowing them to make informed, outcome-driven decisions. You will work closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure that the team is aligned with the company's objectives. Your role will also involve removing impediments that hinder team progress, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

You will be responsible for tracking team performance metrics and using this data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about project statuses. You will also mentor junior Scrum Masters, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.
