What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Scrum Master at Hudl, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding multiple teams, ensuring they are empowered to make decisions that align with company goals. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, helping teams to stay focused and productive while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and mitigating risks, as well as in navigating dependencies that may impact project timelines.

You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure that the teams are aligned with the overall vision and objectives of the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively will help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring everyone is on the same page. You will also play a key role in tracking team progress and performance, using metrics to drive improvements and celebrate successes.
