Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with experience leading teams and driving technical projects. Your expertise in modern web technologies, particularly ReScript, TypeScript, and JavaScript, allows you to build scalable applications that meet user needs. You understand the importance of a human-centric approach in technology and are passionate about creating impactful solutions for HR processes.
You have experience with frameworks and libraries such as React and Node.js, enabling you to contribute to both frontend and backend development. Your familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis ensures that you can optimize performance and manage data effectively. You are comfortable using GitHub for version control and continuous integration, and you have experience deploying applications using Kubernetes on cloud platforms like Google Cloud.
You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to mentor and guide your team effectively. You value collaboration and communication, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical vision aligns with business goals. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for quality, ensuring that user-facing features are implemented to the highest standards.
Desirable
Experience with additional languages or frameworks such as OCaml or Melange would be a plus, as would familiarity with REST APIs and WebSocket APIs. You are open to exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance the development process and improve the overall product.
