What you'll do

As the Engineering Lead for the Rollouts team, you will oversee two closely related teams, acting as the primary technical and people leader for one while mentoring the other. You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the team, ensuring that the systems and experiences for bringing HubSpot features to market are executed safely and clearly. You will work at the intersection of product delivery, release quality, and customer trust, influencing how hundreds of product teams bring features to market. Your role will involve hands-on coding, team leadership, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts.
