What you'll do
In this role, you will elevate the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) teams at Huntress, guiding them in the development of cutting-edge cybersecurity products. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Engineering to define the vision and strategy for the EDR product line. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the engineering processes, ensuring that best practices are followed, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
You will lead cross-functional teams, working alongside product management and design to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your role will involve setting clear objectives and key results for the engineering teams, tracking progress, and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for recruiting top talent, building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the values of Huntress.
What we offer
Huntress offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. We provide a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $240,000 to $300,000, along with bonuses and equity options.
