You have extensive experience in cybersecurity operations, ideally with a focus on threat detection and response. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a team that reviews high-volume security signals, ensuring effective threat qualification. You understand the importance of operational excellence and are committed to maximizing detection capabilities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You possess a strategic mindset, balancing the need for thorough reviews with the urgency of cybersecurity threats. Your background includes working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), where you've developed a keen understanding of the challenges faced by security teams. You are adept at mentoring and developing talent within your team, ensuring they are equipped to handle the evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of the Triage Team, you will lead the front line of our Security Operations Center, overseeing a team responsible for qualifying potential threats. Your role involves maximizing the detection surface area and ensuring that the team effectively reviews security signals to filter out noise. You will collaborate closely with the senior analysis team, providing them with qualified threats for further investigation.
You will implement best practices for threat detection and response, continuously refining processes to enhance the team's efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in developing the team's skills and capabilities, fostering an environment where team members can grow and excel in their roles. You will also engage with other departments to align security operations with broader organizational goals, ensuring that cybersecurity remains a priority across the company.

We provide competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $170,000 to $205,000, plus bonuses and equity.
