You are a bilingual professional fluent in both Chinese and English, with a proven track record of leadership in creative organizations. You have experience in business development and a strong understanding of design principles, enabling you to cultivate client relationships effectively. Your ability to mentor and inspire designers is critical to fostering a culture of craft excellence at IDEO Shanghai.
You possess a strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing business strategies that align with IDEO's vision. Your experience in brand building and client engagement will help you represent IDEO's design capabilities effectively. You are passionate about exploring new ways of collaborating with clients and driving innovation in the Chinese market.
What you'll do
As a Director at IDEO Shanghai, you will be part of the leadership team, contributing to various capacities including business development and mentoring. You will create and lead new collaborations with client partners, ensuring that IDEO delivers value and inspires the market. Your role will involve developing a comprehensive business development strategy that capitalizes on product opportunities.
You will support the leadership team in executing IDEO Shanghai's business strategy, bringing in the client's perspective to enhance project content development. Your responsibilities will include portfolio strategy development, network building, and client engagement strategy. You will work closely with enterprise leaders to identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring that IDEO's design capabilities meet and exceed client expectations.
