What you'll do
As the Director People at Attabotics, you will lead and manage the People & Culture function, overseeing all aspects of Employee Lifecycle Management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance talent management and organizational development. Your role will involve partnering with various departments to ensure that the People strategy aligns with the company's growth objectives. You will lead a high-performing team, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
You will work closely with the Vice President of Product & Technology to ensure that the People strategy supports the overall business goals. This includes creating effective processes for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. You will also be responsible for developing programs that promote a positive workplace culture and support employee development.
