You possess a deep understanding of brand identities and full brand implementation — your experience includes creating graphics for retail spaces, packaging, and publications. You are skilled in consulting and art directing, ensuring that the design work aligns with meaningful business strategies that start with people. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects, demonstrating your ability to tackle complex challenges through compelling storytelling.

What you'll do

As a Senior Graphic Designer at IDEO, you will be called upon to work on a wide range of projects, from brand identities to exhibition graphics and user interfaces. You will collaborate with a diverse team of designers, including Industrial Designers, Design Researchers, and Interaction Designers, to tackle complex challenges and create impactful design solutions. Your role will involve consulting with clients, art directing projects, and delivering high-quality design work that resonates with users.

You will engage in all aspects of the design consultancy process, from research and inspiration gathering to brainstorming and concept development. Your responsibilities will include creating rapid prototypes for consumer testing and illustrating business ecosystems. You will also have the opportunity to go out in the field to build empathy with users, participating in activities that inform your design decisions and enhance your understanding of user needs.
