You are experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams — your ability to communicate creative decisions and rationale to stakeholders ensures that all visual elements are cohesive and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You are adept at evaluating feedback and implementing necessary adjustments promptly, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will create compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate Trading212's brand identity across various platforms. You will contribute to the overall user experience by ensuring that all visual elements are cohesive, engaging, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will translate business and user domain knowledge into fresh and user-centric visual concepts that enhance Trading212's competitive advantage and user satisfaction.

You will present and justify your creative decisions in regular peer review sessions, collaborating closely with the Growth team and fellow designers. Your autonomy and ownership of your work will empower you to integrate new tools and workflows into the design process, fostering a culture of excellence and high velocity.
