You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team spread across multiple time zones, and you are adept at communicating and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your designs based on user input and testing. You have experience creating interactive content that helps learners navigate uncertainty and tackle complexity, and you are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a global community of creatively confident leaders.

What you'll do

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the needs of individual learners and teams. You will collaborate with your team to develop leading-edge courses that inspire creativity and innovation. Your role will involve designing content that encourages collaboration and helps learners reflect on their experiences. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the learning experiences you create are aligned with their goals. You will also have the opportunity to test new ideas and iterate on your designs based on feedback from learners and colleagues.

You will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences offered by IDEO U, ensuring that they are not only informative but also engaging and impactful. You will be involved in the entire design process, from ideation to implementation, and you will have the chance to experiment with new technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience. Your work will contribute to the growth of a community of creatively confident leaders, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their learning journeys.
