Your curiosity and motivation to understand learner behaviors, attitudes, and mindsets enable you to design experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. You are comfortable testing new ideas and iterating on your designs based on feedback and insights from learners.
What you'll do
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at IDEO, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that help individuals and teams navigate uncertainty and tackle complex challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop courses that inspire creativity and foster a community of creatively confident leaders. Your role will involve designing course content, developing learning activities, and utilizing technology to enhance the learner experience. You will also have the opportunity to test new ideas and iterate on your designs based on learner feedback, ensuring that the courses you create are effective and impactful.
You will work closely with team members across different time zones, contributing to a global community of learners. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others will be essential as you partner with colleagues to bring innovative learning experiences to life. You will also have the chance to engage with learners directly, gathering insights that will inform your design process and help you create even more effective educational materials.
What we offer
IDEO is committed to equitable compensation for all employees, contractors, and vendors. The compensation for this contract position is commensurate with an annual salary of $70,000–$90,000 USD, depending on your experience and location. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also having access to office space in one of our preferred locations.
