What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives to improve the deployment processes within the Engineering Team at IDT. You will work closely with engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance code quality and deployment speed. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team towards a more Agile mindset, ensuring that industry standards are met and exceeded.
