What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at NICE, you will design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure deployment. You will leverage AWS services to manage cloud infrastructure, focusing on high availability, security, and performance.

You will write and maintain Python and PowerShell scripts for automation tasks, integrating various tools and services to streamline operations. Your role will involve implementing monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of the infrastructure and applications.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with development, professional services, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure and deployment processes comply with security standards and best practices.
