Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in customer lifecycle analysis or a related field — you've developed a deep understanding of marketing technology stacks and can navigate complex data architectures with ease. Your expertise in tools like Braze and Amplitude allows you to cultivate knowledge that drives marketing performance. You are a proactive problem solver who identifies growth opportunities and translates insights into actionable promotional strategies. Your analytical mindset enables you to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

You possess strong collaboration skills, working closely with engineering teams to define requirements for new custom attributes and API integrations. You understand the importance of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies, and you are adept at building and maintaining dynamic customer attributes and cohorts to support targeted campaigns. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key asset in your role.

Desirable

Experience with advanced A/B testing methodologies and journey pathing will set you apart. Familiarity with marketing automation and customer engagement strategies is a plus, as is a background in data analysis and reporting.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Lifecycle Analyst at IDT, you will support the marketing department by becoming a systems expert in the marketing technology stack. You will help the team understand the end-to-end implementation of campaigns, including data requirements and technical setups. Your role will involve analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance to identify insights that inform promotional strategies. You will collaborate with the marketing team to improve segmentation sophistication and reporting, ensuring that lifecycle marketing strategies are data-driven and effective.

You will oversee the Next Best Offer programs, driving personalized offers across multiple channels based on customer segmentation and lifecycle data. Your proactive approach will help identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. You will partner with various marketing stakeholders daily, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the analytics department.
