You are a skilled marketing professional with a proven track record in developing and executing lifecycle marketing plans. You have experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, and Data Science to achieve shared business objectives. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights allows you to create relevant and personalized communications that resonate with users. You understand the importance of nurturing customer relationships and are passionate about enhancing user experiences throughout their journey.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with personal loans and related products. You are comfortable using marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with product and business goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of lifecycle strategies aimed at acquiring new members for SoFi's Personal Loan offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Business Unit Leadership, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.
