Who you are

You have extensive experience in managing finance systems, particularly within the SAP S/4HANA landscape, and have a proven track record of leading Record-To-Report (RTR) initiatives. Your hands-on leadership style ensures that you take full ownership of project delivery, system integrity, and testing governance, driving excellence across all aspects of the role.

You demonstrate strong accountability and proactiveness, effectively bridging the gap between system integrator teams and internal stakeholders. Your ability to clarify business requirements and identify risks before they escalate is key to your success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with both SAP and non-SAP teams to ensure alignment and timely outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for all Finance and RTR initiatives, overseeing project execution from design through deployment. You will lead end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT), defining scope and validating business scenarios to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Your leadership will guide SI team members, tracking productivity and ensuring efficient resource use.

You will proactively engage with SI partners and business users to clarify requirements and resolve issues, ensuring that project timelines are met without compromising quality. Your role will involve ongoing direction to internal teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in project delivery.
