You'll work on enhancing automation and accuracy across the Finance organization. This role requires deep Finance process expertise and a strong understanding of modern SaaS systems.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in finance systems management, ideally with over 5 years in a similar role, where you've successfully led technology initiatives that align with business objectives. Your expertise in finance processes allows you to understand the nuances of financial operations and how technology can enhance them. You are well-versed in modern SaaS systems and have a strong grasp of data integration and automation techniques. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption and optimize processes. You possess a strategic mindset, capable of developing long-term roadmaps that align technology investments with organizational goals. You are also familiar with AI-driven innovations and how they can be leveraged to improve finance operations.
Desirable
Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics platforms that can provide insights into financial performance. A background in leading system integrations will set you apart, as will any experience in managing teams or projects in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive Finance Systems roadmap that aligns with Airtable's strategic priorities. You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of core Finance applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization. Leading system integrations and optimizing data flows will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
