Immutable is seeking a Technical Customer Growth Manager to support regional scaling in Korea. You'll guide studios through technical integrations and help activate growth strategies. This role requires a blend of engineering foundations and commercial instincts.

You have a strong foundation in technical concepts and a keen understanding of growth strategies β your experience allows you to bridge the gap between technical integrations and customer success. You are excited about the gaming industry and understand the unique challenges that studios face in both Web2 and Web3 environments. Your ability to communicate complex technical information in an accessible way makes you a valuable partner to our studio partners. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results. You are adaptable and eager to learn, ready to grow into a fully-fledged Customer Growth Manager with ownership of your own accounts. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
Desirable
Experience in the gaming industry or with SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven analytics and growth tools. A background in engineering or technical support will help you excel in this role, as will any experience you have in customer-facing positions where you have successfully guided clients through technical processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support our Korean studio partners as they integrate Immutableβs core technology into their systems. You will answer technical questions and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing our platform effectively. Collaborating closely with Customer Growth Managers, you will influence how partners acquire, engage, and retain players on our platform. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs of each studio and tailoring your support to help them succeed. Over time, you will take on more responsibility, developing your own accounts and strategies for growth. You will be instrumental in helping studios navigate the complexities of digital ownership and performance optimization, ensuring they can leverage our technology to its fullest potential. You will also contribute to the development of resources and documentation that will aid our partners in their integration efforts.
