Notion is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support and grow enterprise customers in Korea. You'll act as a trusted advisor to drive customer adoption and business value. This role requires experience in complex enterprise environments.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, particularly in B2B environments, and are adept at navigating complex enterprise landscapes. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively while advocating for customer needs and driving business impact. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales, support, and other customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are comfortable developing and executing customer success plans that align with customer goals and business priorities, demonstrating your ability to drive meaningful adoption of products.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and build trust with customers. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess customer health and identify opportunities for growth, ensuring that customers realize the full potential of the solutions provided. You are proactive in addressing customer concerns and are committed to fostering long-term relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the post-sales success of a portfolio of enterprise customers in Korea, acting as their trusted advisor. You will develop and execute tailored customer success plans that align with their specific goals and business priorities, ensuring they achieve meaningful adoption of Notion's tools. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Support teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring customer health metrics, conducting regular check-ins, and providing insights to help customers maximize their use of Notion. You will also facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate customers on best practices and new features, driving engagement and satisfaction. As a key member of the customer success team, you will contribute to the development of strategies that enhance customer experience and retention.
