What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Imply, you will play a crucial role in the development of Imply Lumi, the industry’s first observability warehouse — your contributions will help organizations unlock new levels of speed, scale, and value from their data. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design and implement features that enhance the platform's capabilities.

You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of the system — your expertise will guide architectural decisions and help optimize data processing workflows. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of learning within the team.

Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges — you will translate these insights into actionable features that drive customer satisfaction and business success. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase, ensuring best practices are followed.
