You have a strong background in customer-facing roles, ideally as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar capacity, where you've demonstrated your ability to engage with clients and understand their technical needs. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership and drive customer success, ensuring that clients are not only satisfied but also fully utilizing the product's capabilities. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying customer pain points and are adept at providing solutions that enhance their experience with the product.

Desirable

Experience in the open-source software space is a plus, as is familiarity with security infrastructure and secrets management. You are comfortable running proof-of-concept demonstrations and guiding customers through onboarding processes. A background in working closely with sales teams to lead discovery calls and demos will set you apart. You are passionate about helping organizations adopt innovative technologies and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in growing Infisical's customer base by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to demonstrate the technical value of the product. Your responsibilities will include running proof-of-concept sessions with potential leads, guiding customers through the onboarding process, and recommending best practices for specific architectures and use cases. You will also be responsible for ensuring that new customers are activated and satisfied, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. By becoming a trusted technical advisor, you will help clients navigate their user journey and provide valuable feedback to the product roadmap. Additionally, you will host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate customers and enhance their understanding of the product.
