You have a strong background in growth marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a lead role. You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable designing and testing unconventional strategies that integrate product, data, AI, and creative experimentation. Your analytical rigor is complemented by your creative thinking, allowing you to drive measurable business outcomes effectively. You are strategic and execution-driven, with a proven track record of accelerating growth across the user lifecycle, from awareness to referral. You understand the importance of blending data insights with creative approaches to unlock new levers of growth. You are passionate about redefining advertising through innovative solutions and are excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience with influencer marketing or a strong understanding of the creator economy is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing methodologies will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills to articulate your strategies and results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and accelerate growth across the entire user lifecycle, focusing on awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and referral. You will design, test, and scale unconventional growth strategies that leverage product insights, data analytics, and AI technologies. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will develop and implement campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion. You will analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize existing strategies. Your role will involve experimenting with various channels and tactics to find the most effective ways to reach and engage users. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to measure the success of your initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
