What you'll do

As the Manager - Site HRBP at InMobi, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's objectives. You will partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and provide solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Your role will involve driving talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development programs. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
