With over 5 years of experience in HR business partnering, you have a proven track record of driving people initiatives that align with business goals. You excel in providing strategic input and advice on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your ability to navigate complex situations and drive initiatives forward is a key strength. You are comfortable collaborating with business leaders and HR teams to develop effective policies and practices that support growth and innovation.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced, high engagement environment is a plus, as is a background in design or creative industries. Familiarity with compensation strategies and conflict management will enhance your effectiveness in this role. What you'll do
