What you'll do

As a Project Maintenance Engineer at Innophos, you will be responsible for executing a range of capital and expense projects that aim to reduce costs and improve reliability. You will design, oversee field construction, and commission new equipment and building installations. Your projects will cover areas such as safety enhancements, energy cost reduction, and infrastructure improvements. You will work closely with the maintenance department to implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs, ensuring that equipment operates at peak efficiency.

You will conduct equipment failure analysis to identify root causes and develop solutions that enhance reliability. Your role will involve developing engineering studies that provide insights into operational performance and support decision-making processes.
