What you'll do

In this role, you will create, evolve, and maintain cohesive brand guidelines that reflect Innovaccer's vision and values. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that brand experiences are visually stunning, intuitive, and consistent across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing brand identity, designing user interfaces, and ensuring that all design elements align with the overall brand strategy.

You will also be involved in user research to understand customer needs and preferences, allowing you to create designs that effectively address their challenges. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and work collaboratively with various stakeholders will be essential for success in this position.
