Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in legal counsel with experience in drafting and negotiating various contracts, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors. Your expertise includes analyzing business requirements to ensure legal compliance and managing contracts effectively. You are skilled in identifying and mitigating legal risks, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can contribute to team efforts.
You possess a solid understanding of IT contracts, including software licenses and SAAS agreements, particularly for US clients. Your experience includes negotiating complex procurement and partnership contracts with both US entities and Indian vendors. You are also familiar with providing legal opinions on company policies and processes, ensuring that all operations align with regulatory standards.
What you'll do
As a Senior Legal Counsel at Innovaccer, you will be responsible for negotiating sales contracts with US clients, including healthcare providers and pharma companies. You will also handle procurement contracts with Indian vendors, ensuring that all agreements are compliant with legal standards. Your role will involve conducting regulatory research and compliance checks, as well as liaising with external counsel on various legal matters, including disputes and intellectual property issues.
You will drive efficiency in contracting processes, working closely with the Director-Legal and the legal team to streamline operations. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that Innovaccer's legal practices are robust and effective, supporting the company's growth and compliance objectives.
