You have experience working with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible — you understand how to manage high-availability environments in Kubernetes, ensuring that systems are robust and scalable. Your collaborative nature allows you to sync effectively with platform engineering and AI enablement teams on incidents and automation projects.

You are detail-oriented and proactive in reviewing overnight alerts and health dashboards — you take the initiative to refine APIs that expose database metrics to internal AI agents, ensuring that data is utilized effectively for insights.

What you'll do

As a Software Development Engineer - II at Innovaccer, you will be responsible for developing and refining APIs that expose critical database metrics — your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of internal AI agents. You will collaborate closely with ML engineers to deploy lightweight AI agents that enhance the functionality of our platforms.

You will review health dashboards and alerts for MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis clusters — your insights will help in maintaining system integrity and performance. You will also work on automation projects that streamline processes and improve system reliability.

Your role will involve using infrastructure-as-code practices to manage high-availability environments in Kubernetes — you will ensure that our platforms are resilient and can handle the demands of healthcare data processing. You will participate in cross-functional teams, contributing your backend engineering expertise to drive innovation.
