You are a highly motivated Senior Software Development Engineer in Test with a passion for quality and a knack for innovative problem-solving. With expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Your experience includes working with various programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, and Python, and you have a strong understanding of automation tools and frameworks.

You have a solid background in quality assurance, with hands-on experience in end-to-end testing, including GUI, backend APIs, and performance testing. Your familiarity with design patterns and automation tools like Restassured, Playwright, and WebDriver allows you to create efficient testing solutions. You are comfortable working in Agile teams and enjoy collaborating closely with product managers, developers, designers, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement automation frameworks using Java, JavaScript, and Python, focusing on enhancing the quality of Innovaccer's products. You will be responsible for end-to-end QA validations, including GUI, backend APIs, and databases, ensuring that all aspects of the product meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the manual testing team to implement automation testing for product enhancements and change requests, contributing to the overall efficiency of the testing process.

You will also be involved in defect reporting and closure, providing testing status updates to stakeholders. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools, continuously seeking ways to improve the testing process and the quality of the products. You will play a crucial role in motivating your team and fostering a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.
