Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on data management solutions — your experience includes designing and developing Master Data Management (MDM) platforms that help organizations manage their data effectively. You understand the importance of high-quality master data in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency, and you are passionate about creating order from data chaos.
You possess deep expertise in data modeling and have experience implementing sophisticated entity matching and merging algorithms — your technical skills enable you to create golden records across disparate data sources. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to define system architecture and design.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the architecture and development of Innovaccer's core MDM engine, focusing on scalable and fault-tolerant platform components that handle various data domains. You will design and implement governance workflows that enable customers to achieve a trusted, 360-degree view of their critical business data. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the MDM platform meets the needs of users and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall technical direction of the team. Your role will involve continuous improvement of the MDM platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technology and meets the evolving needs of the business.
