Who you are
You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are skilled in building and maintaining financial models, and you understand the intricacies of unit economics and pricing strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect complex financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with department heads to manage budgets and optimize spending. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying variances in financial reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in your analyses. You are comfortable presenting your findings to stakeholders and can translate financial jargon into understandable terms for non-financial audiences.
Desirable
Experience in the technology or healthcare sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with SaaS business models. You may have worked with advanced financial modeling tools or software, enhancing your ability to deliver insights quickly and effectively. A background in data analytics or experience with SQL will further strengthen your candidacy, allowing you to leverage data in your financial analyses.
What you'll do
As the FP&A Lead at Inspiren, you will own the financial model for the company, architecting and maintaining a comprehensive three-statement financial model that supports long-range planning and rolling forecasts. You will lead the monthly and quarterly budget vs. actuals analysis, working closely with department heads to identify variances and manage burn rates effectively. Your role will involve diving deep into key metrics such as LTV/CAC, payback periods, and gross margin analysis to provide insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability. You will partner with leadership to optimize pricing models for both hardware and software solutions, ensuring that financial strategies align with the company's growth objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for building the financial architecture that supports resource allocation, helping to shape the future of Inspiren as a leader in senior living technology.

Inspiren offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000, along with equity and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
