You have a proven track record in program management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Your experience in the senior living or healthcare technology sectors is a plus, as it gives you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of complex programs that support Inspiren's business objectives. You will serve as the key liaison between the US headquarters and manufacturing teams in Taiwan, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include strategic alignment of projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
You will work closely with product management, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure that all aspects of project delivery are executed flawlessly. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency will be crucial to your success. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
