What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AD/ADAS programs, driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and global teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that programs are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will guide teams through the complexities of program management, from initial planning stages to final delivery, while maintaining a focus on technical excellence and innovation.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to define program objectives, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be crucial in steering programs toward successful outcomes, as you will need to manage expectations and provide updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

As a leader, you will mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
