Who you are

You have a strong background in security leadership, with a proven track record of managing security posture in technology organizations. Your experience includes defining security strategies and managing risk and compliance effectively. You understand the balance between risk, velocity, and pragmatism, ensuring that security measures align with business objectives. You are comfortable working at an executive level, representing security and trust within the organization while also being hands-on with the work. You have experience in building and leading teams, particularly in IT and AI enablement, and you thrive in environments where you can drive change through effective partnerships with vendors.

What you'll do

As the VP Security, IT & AI Enablement, you will own the security posture of Inspiren, ensuring that all internal systems, tools, and workflows are secure and scalable. You will establish clear security ownership and develop a roadmap that aligns with the company's growth. Your role will involve building a strong team around internal IT and AI enablement, hiring leaders who can execute the vision you set. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that security practices are integrated into all aspects of the organization, from clinical operations to data analytics. You will also be responsible for driving the development of internal tools and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and security.
