Your familiarity with grocery retail operations and customer behavior equips you to engage with shoppers meaningfully. You have experience promoting technological products or innovations in a retail setting, showcasing your adaptability to new environments and ability to work independently. Preferred candidates are those located within driving distance of Sedona, AZ, as this role involves direct interaction with customers in grocery stores.
What you'll do
As a Field Sales Representative at Instacart, you will introduce shoppers directly to our Caper smart cart technology in grocery stores nationwide. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of our innovative smart carts. You will encourage their adoption, directly impacting the use of cutting-edge technology that is redefining the retail shopping experience. You will work closely with the Retail Ops Excellence (ROE) team, contributing to the overall mission of transforming the grocery industry through technology.
