You have experience in field sales and are comfortable advocating for products — your ability to connect with partners and relay the benefits of our e-bikes is key to your success. You are a self-starter and highly motivated, always looking for ways to improve the sales experience for our partners. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with partner bike shops and are committed to providing them with the best possible experience.
What you'll do
As a Field Sales Representative, you will work under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager to support our partner bike shops. Your responsibilities will include guiding partners through the sales process, entering orders, and handling returns and exchanges. You will be the face of Aventon in the field, ensuring that our partners are well-informed about our products and services. Your role will involve regular visits to bike shops, where you will demonstrate our e-bikes and explain their features and benefits. You will also gather feedback from partners to help improve our offerings and address any concerns they may have. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential in driving sales and fostering long-term partnerships.
