You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on user-centered design principles — you've successfully designed experiences that resonate with users and drive engagement. Your proficiency in Figma allows you to create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate your design vision. You understand the importance of collaboration and have experience working closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life.
You are passionate about solving complex problems and have a keen eye for detail — you thrive in environments where you can iterate on designs based on user feedback and data. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions — this will involve analyzing user feedback and iterating on your designs to enhance the overall user experience. You will also create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate your design concepts to the team.
In addition to your design responsibilities, you will participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to your peers — fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team.
