Your experience includes designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile applications and websites, ensuring that users have a seamless experience. You are passionate about improving healthcare access and have a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. Your skills in design tools, particularly Figma, allow you to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that align with user expectations. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and development of Equip's virtual care platform, focusing on their mobile app for patients and families. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into engaging design solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also support the design of equip.health, the company's informational and marketing website, ensuring that it effectively communicates the brand's mission and values. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience and ensuring that it aligns with Equip's commitment to evidence-based treatment and accessibility.
