What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing compliance initiatives that are critical to Instacart's operations. You will own the end-to-end delivery of compliance programs, ensuring that all projects meet regulatory requirements and align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with senior compliance leadership to implement frameworks and strategies that drive compliance across the organization. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that compliance projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also be tasked with identifying potential compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that Instacart remains a leader in the grocery delivery industry.
