What you'll do

As the Program Manager for the Compliance Program at Instacart, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of compliance initiatives that are critical to the business. You will work closely with the Risk & Compliance team to execute compliance programs that span hardware compliance, regulatory obligations, and product compliance projects. Your role will involve developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring that all compliance activities align with the company's strategic objectives.

You will also be tasked with identifying potential compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This includes conducting regular assessments and audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards. You will collaborate with various teams to implement compliance training and awareness programs, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
