Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success is essential for this role. You are adept at developing scalable strategies that address diverse customer needs and market opportunities.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess market trends and customer feedback effectively. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute their ideas and insights. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. What you'll do
As the Director of AI Solutions Strategy & Planning, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Instacart's AI-driven solutions. You will lead the development of go-to-market strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that product offerings meet the evolving needs of retailers and consumers alike. Your role will involve conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
