You have a strong background in strategy and operations, with a focus on AI solutions. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and developing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth. You understand the complexities of the grocery industry and are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams. Your ability to think strategically and analytically allows you to identify opportunities and challenges in the market, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and impactful.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will shape the strategy and planning for Instacart's emerging portfolio of AI-driven retailer solutions. You will lead the development of scalable strategies that address the varied needs of our community, ensuring that Instacart remains at the forefront of the grocery delivery industry. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to align on objectives and drive execution.
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of retailers and consumers alike. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization, as you work to push Instacart's shopping cart forward.
