Who you are
You have a strong background in leading operational teams, with experience in managing quality assurance processes and ensuring timely task delivery. Your hands-on leadership style allows you to effectively mentor and manage a team of agents/operators performing task-based workflows. You are adept at creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enforcing quality control processes to maintain high standards in AI task execution.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. Your experience in robotics or AI projects is a significant asset, as you understand the complexities involved in physical and cognitive task completion. You are committed to fostering a positive team culture and driving performance through effective leadership.
What you'll do
As the Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a Robotic AI project, focusing on tasks such as sorting, assembling, and matching. You will be responsible for hiring new agents and building a cohesive team that excels in task execution. Your role will involve mentoring team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle both physical and data-driven workflows effectively.
You will maintain high quality assurance standards by developing and implementing SOPs, as well as defining and enforcing quality control processes. Regularly reviewing completed work will be essential to ensure compliance with established standards. You will act as the key link between execution and strategic oversight, ensuring that operational goals align with the broader objectives of the organization.
