Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in high-volume hiring environments. Your hands-on approach allows you to effectively lead and execute large-scale hiring drives, both virtually and on-ground. You possess strong expertise in managing bulk hiring processes and are adept at mentoring HR interns, ensuring they are well-trained and supported in their roles. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with business and operations teams, driving recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
You are familiar with modern sourcing techniques and AI-based recruitment tools, which you leverage to improve hiring efficiency. Your ability to design and implement effective employee referral programs demonstrates your innovative approach to enhancing recruitment outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to creating meaningful economic opportunities for skilled professionals.
