What you'll do
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will own the recruiting strategy for one of Meesho's business units, driving execution to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring requirements. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the recruitment process aligns with their objectives. Your role will involve building a strong employment brand that attracts top talent and fosters great relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
You will be responsible for creating a seamless and data-driven recruitment process that enhances the candidate experience. This includes developing strategies to discover talent and ensuring that the hiring process reflects the company's commitment to excellence.
