Who you are
You are an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ and Docusign CLM. You have a proven track record of working closely with technical teams to implement and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive business success. Your expertise in Salesforce Administration allows you to manage and enhance the platform effectively, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can analyze complex requirements to design effective solutions. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
Desirable
Experience with Go-to-Market tools and processes is a plus, as is familiarity with other Salesforce products. You are always eager to learn and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices, which allows you to bring innovative ideas to the table. You understand the importance of user experience and strive to create intuitive solutions that enhance productivity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Instructure's Go-to-Market Tools by managing Salesforce Administration, Salesforce CPQ Administration, and CLM Administration. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Technical Architect to design and implement solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to users on best practices.
You will also work on integrating Docusign CLM with Salesforce to enhance contract management processes. This will involve configuring workflows, ensuring compliance, and optimizing the user experience. You will be expected to gather requirements from stakeholders, analyze them, and translate them into technical specifications that guide the development process.
Additionally, you will participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project progress, address challenges, and share insights. Your role will require you to stay informed about Salesforce updates and industry trends, allowing you to recommend improvements and new features that can benefit the organization.
