You have a strong technical background in Salesforce and a deep understanding of the sales, support, and marketing business domains. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be the go-to person for feature requests and possibilities of the Salesforce platform at Acronis. You have experience leading teams and ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions that align with business stakeholder needs.

You are skilled in collaborating with internal system owners, administrators, and external vendors to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions that enhance Acronis' overall system landscape. Your expertise allows you to provide guidance to Salesforce administrators and developers on configuration, architecture, and best practices. You are adept at translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, ensuring that all documentation is prepared, reviewed, and approved.

Desirable

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. Familiarity with data protection and cyber security concepts will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in requirements gathering with business users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions. You will lead a small team of business analysts, guiding them in their work and ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing solution documentation, including business requirements and functional designs.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure that the Salesforce solutions you design are integrated seamlessly into Acronis' existing systems. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations on best practices for Salesforce usage within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in empowering Acronis business users to achieve success and maximize the value of the Salesforce platform.
