What you'll do
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Intercom, you will engage directly with some of our most strategic customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges. You will collaborate closely with our R&D and Go-to-Market teams to design and implement high-impact solutions that leverage our AI agent, Fin. Your role will go beyond mere implementation; you will help shape product direction and influence roadmap decisions based on customer insights. You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions deliver real value to customers, enhancing their experience with our products. You will also play a key role in gathering feedback and iterating on our offerings to meet evolving customer demands. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our AI Customer Service Suite, making a difference for businesses around the world.
